Group Captain (Dr) Ravinder S Chhatwal is a retired IAF officer. He is a graduate of the Defence Services Staff College, Wellington, and holds an MSc degree from Madras University. Ph.D. in International Relations from JNU, New Delhi. At present, he is a Member of the Managing Committee of the Society and Chairman of the Bar Sub Committee. He is also President of the F-Block RWA.
