Diabetes type 2occurs when your blood glucose/ blood sugar, is too high. Blood glucose is your main source of energy and comes from the food you eat. Insulin, a hormone made by the pancreas, helps glucose from food get into your cells to be used for energy. It is a very dangerous disease and affects the human vitals seriously and endangers life. The food we eat brings energy known as glucose which in turn mixes with our blood stream and reaches our millions of cells. Pancreas also produces insulin and mixes with blood stream and reaches the cells. When there is increase in bad cholesterol in the blood then that bad cholesterol gets glued to cells from all sides and the insulin which is there in the blood does not reach the cells due to reduced number of cell receptors, the insulin in the blood becomes useless and our sugar level always gets high in the body. So all this happens due to bad cholesterol (LDL and VLDL).

But when we take new insulin from outside then it crosses the bad cholesterol (LDL and VLDL) and reaches the cells and our blood sugar level gets controlled.

To summarise diabetes {bad cholesterol (LDL and VLDL)} is responsible for our high blood sugar level. So we need to address our bad cholesterol as a simple measure to control our diabetes. The best way to do is to have the following combination of herbs in various proportions.

Ingredients: Powders in grams of Methi Dana 16.67, TejPatta 16.67, Jamun Seed 25, Bael Leafs 41.66.

Caution: During surgery, stop if diarrhea, indigestion, allergy.

Fenugreek: Methi Dana is the oldest staple remedial plants with a myriad of benefits. It helps stabilize blood sugar levels and stimulates the production of insulin. The fiber in fenugreek forms a thick and sticky gel in the intestine, which makes it harder to digest excess sugars and bad fats and taken twice a day will significantly improve diabetes symptoms. It lowers total cholesterol and LDL (the bad cholesterol). It also discourages the production of cholesterol in the liver.

TejPatta:Bay leaf enhances our heart health, strengthens capillary walls in the heart and further eliminates LDL or bad cholesterol from the cardiovascular system. Its regular use brings a drop in blood glucose, cholesterol and triglycerides and improves insulin function, which is a boon for diabetics.

Jamun Seed: It prevents the conversion of starch into sugar and hence aids in keeping your blood glucose level in control. It also lowers the blood pressure. It detoxifies the body. It helps in flushing harmful free radicals from the body and also exerts a protective effect on the antioxidant enzymes helping in detoxification and improving and creates powerful antioxidant activity. It cleanses pancreatic system.

Bael Leafs: It helps to stimulate the pancreas to secrete insulin leading to lowering of blood sugar, protects the digestive system. It is rich in alkaloids, polysaccharides, antioxidants, beta carotene, vitamin C, Vitamin B and contains tannins, calcium, phosphorous, iron, protein and fiber.
